What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept payments through Stripe and Paypal. You can also visit our Etsy shop for secure purchases as well.

Is my transaction secure?

We go through extreme measures to make sure that your order is placed securely. We will never share or sell your information to a third party. The information collected or shared with us is only used to contact you about your order or send you information about Fragile Delicate.

How is my order shipped? Is it protected?

When purchasing stationery cards, your order will be sealed inside a plastic cover and then placed inside the appropriate shipping package.

If you order an art print, your order will be shipped inside the appropriate package and backed with cardboard.

If you order anything else, know that we do our best to make sure it gets to you safely, undamaged, and on time.

Fragile Delicate is not liable for any damage caused during the shipment process.

 

Customer Services

How long does it take to receive personalized orders?

Personalized stationery orders typically ship in 2 to 3 weeks from the order date. Please contact us by email if your order is time sensitive. Custom artwork orders may take longer depending on order queue. 

Can I use the personalized artwork/images from my order for a logo or artwork on my blog, website, etc?

All digital images used during the proofing process are sole property and copyright of Fragile Delicate LLC and cannot be used for personal logo design or reproduction outside of Fragile Delicate LLC. All illustrations (custom and template) are copyright of Fragile Delicate LLC and may not be reused without permission. Are you available for custom projects?

As well as being a brand, we also act as a custom design studio and are available to take on graphic design work, illustrations, and wedding planning services on a limited basis. Please email us at custom@fragiledelicate.com with details about your project and someone will get back to you shortly.

Can I sell your product in my store?

Do you offer wedding planning consultations?

Yes, we offer a full range of personalized wedding services. We can help out both in person and digitally, depending on what is required. For more information, please email weddings@fragiledelicate.com and someone will get back with you shortly.

 

Orders, Returns & Exchanges

When can I expect my order to ship?

All orders will ship from Texas within 3 to 5 business days from when the order is placed. If the product you order is overstocked, there is a chance that it will ship sooner. From there, the shipping is based on what you specify as your selected shipping method.

How can I find out the status of my order?
